AFFILIATION POLICY
1. The
Churches, Bible Schools, Ministries and other Christian Organisations which are
interested in affiliating with UJ will be required to send the prescribed
Application Form duly filled in for Affiliation.
2. The
main purpose of Affiliating your Church / Bible School / Ministry / Institution with UJ should be to
have a Spiritual Covering, Fellowship, Prayer, Counseling, Training etc.,
3. Affiliated Church / Bible School / Ministry / Institution may enroll its
Regular Day Time or Evening Bible School Students in UJ and teach UJs
Theological Degree Courses and on completion of which UJ will issue the Degree
Certificates to those Students in the Convocation Ceremony of the Affiliated
Institution.
4. Otherwise,
Affiliated Church / Bible School /
Ministry / Institution may conduct Regular Day Time or Evening Bible School of
its own, may teach its own Theological Courses and on completion of which it
may conduct its own Convocation Ceremony by issuing its own Degree Certificates
prepared with or without the assistance of UJ.
5. After
the UJs Committee reviews the Application Form for Affiliation, if the
Application is approved, the Life Time Affiliation Certificate will be issued.
6. If
the Affiliated Institution does not meet the requirements or for other valid
reasons, the Affiliation Status may be revoked by UJ at any time.
7. A
recent passport size colour Photograph of the Chief Functionary of
the Affiliating Institution should be attached.
8. Photograph
or Photographs of the Church / Bible School / Institution or the building in
which the Ministry is housed should be attached, for UJs Records.
9. Annual
Report of your Church / Bible School / Institution / Ministry in brief, with
Praise Items and Prayer Requests is expected from you by UJ every year from the
date of Affiliation.
10. Affiliation
Fee is Rs.10,000/-,
which the applicant may send either by Demand Draft in favour of JUBU TRUST,
payable at Chennai or by Money Order.
11. After
every Convocation Ceremony, a brief report of the Convocation Ceremony along
with the List of Students, who are graduated mentioning the Degree awarded,
enclosing Photo/Photos of the Ceremony, is expected from you by UJ.

policies of Affiliation with UJ mentioned above and also agree to maintain the
highest scriptural standards both in Ministry and personal life. I
hereby declare that all the information furnished in this Application Form are
true to the best of my knowledge.
