Policy of UJ Promotional Coordinator
1. You can serve as the Promotional Coordinator of UJ.
2. You can serve without any restriction of jurisdiction.
3. Copies of Application Forms, Brochures etc., in the required languages will be sent to you by UJ.
4. You can take any number of copies of these Brochures and Forms in order to use them in your Promotional efforts.
5. You can pass on these Brochures and Forms to the prospective Christians (Men and Women).
6. You can encourage them to enroll as Students in the Theological Degree Programs of UJ offered by correspondence in English or Tamil.
7. Those who enroll as Students will directly send their filled in Application Forms, Fees etc., to UJs Office at Chennai.
8. They can send their Registration Fees as well as Course Fees either by Demand Draft drawn in favour of JUBU TRUST, payable at Chennai or by Money Order.
9. You can also get the Application Forms duly filled in from them and forward the same to UJs Office.
10. You can also send to UJs Office the Registration Fees or the Course Fees of any applicant, but not by cash and only as Demand Draft.
11. On receipt of the filled in Application Forms, UJ will send the Admission Letter directly to the applicants, mentioning their Associate Number.
12. On receipt of the prescribed amount of the Course Fees from the applicant, the Course Materials, Question Papers etc., will be directly sent by post / courier from UJs Chennai office to the Students concerned.
13. You have to make sure that your name and address appear in the appropriate place of the filled in Application Form of those who enroll as Students and thereby ensuring that you introduced UJ to them in order to help us send you the Promotional Co-ordinator's Contribution.
14. If you advertise about UJ in any Magazine, you should send us a copy of the issue in which the Advertisement appears and the person who applies on seeing that advertisement should write, either your Name and Address or the Magazines Name and Month as well as Year of Publication, in the appropriate place of the Application Form to ensure that you introduced UJ to them in order to help us send you the Co-ordinator Contribution.
15. Expenses of Publicity in any form, Postal expenses, Travel expenses, expenses of making Phone Calls, expenses of conducting Meetings, expenses of making copies of Promotional Materials, expenses of operating a Local Office or any other expense in this connection should be borne by you.
16. For the services rendered by you as a Co-ordinator, UJ will give you the Co-ordinator Contribution, which is 10% of the Course Fees received from the Students who are enrolled through your efforts.
